How do you validate your GTM Efforts?

I am working on couple of my own products which are in the SaaS space. The initial traction was good but now it has become a little flat and want to know if I am doing the right GTM.

I tested it with one tool called RightSuite. Gave good results but not sure how useful it will be.

I am looking for other tools where I can compare data of this with others and take an informed decision.

When asking questions, I think it is polite to spell out initializations in the title.

People not in your field will read the title too, and would like to know if it is worth clicking to read the whole question or not.

Not sure, but I think "GTM" here means "Google Tag Manager".

Chances are your internal data is letting you know that it's going flat but GTM is pretty broad. I'm not familiar with RightSuite but what have you tried via external data to see where you stand? Maybe the word of mouth is still active but just slow which might mean you might be promoting in the wrong channels.
