I was curious how other app developers that publish apps to the App Store manage the review process.
I have a geolocked app that kicks users to a splash screen if they're out of the legal jurisdiction.
I get the feeling app reviewers are paid per review mainly because they aren't reading the instructions, and just rejecting the review as soon as they reach the first hurdle. If they took the time to read the instructions and watch the instructional video there would be no issue.
I have to submit my app for review multiple times before I hopefully get lucky with someone who actually reads the instructions. It's crazy.
Do others have a similar experience?

It is a mess and it is a pain, so most people just keep resubmitting their apps for review. The idea is to get your app in front of multiple reviewers and hope that at least one of them reads the instructions and does the right thing.
