Being an entrepreneur is not about becoming "a boss". It's about coming up with what sells well by understanding people and what moves them, by being curios and a good communicator, and by having knowledge is several areas and being able to combine it, in order to come up with something no one else could. Then, you hire a "boss", if you still need to. In itself, entrepreneurship is not at all about leadership. Time to end confusing it. If it wasn't the case, ex-military would be the best business founders.
This world is full of overconfident people who have no self-doubt at all. They keeping confidently pouring their bullshit on us starting with the potato vendors in the street and all the way to Trump. Perhaps the world would be a better place if people had a bit more self-doubt.
